Since then, the business has expanded to offer a wide variety of food options and a fleet of vehicles to cater events. As part of this expansion, the business has rebranded itself as Leonati Catering.
Pizza
Enjoy our authentic 13-inch pizzas, freshly served from our Pizza Truck or Pizza Taxi at your wedding in East Sussex. Cooked quickly over high heat, our pizzas feature a tender, pillowy crust with aromatic holes throughout. Each slice is perfectly pliable, bending under the weight of our delicious toppings. BBQ & Burgers
Our 1985 VW Horsekick food truck is fully equipped to make your wedding in East Sussex unforgettable. With griddles, a hot plate, and an industrial fryer, we bring everything needed to cook up a storm. To ensure an authentic BBQ flavour, we use charcoal and wood. Our Sussex beef, sourced from Tottingworth Farm in Hooe, is grass-fed and expertly handled. Our specialty is the classic smash burger style, featuring multiple patties to maximise that irresistible Maillard reaction taste.
Mexican
Experience the authentic flavours of Central America at your wedding in East Sussex with our delicious Mexican dishes, prepared and served from our 1985 VW Horsekick food truck. Our mouth-watering tacos and burritos are made using blue and white Masa Harina flour, with pulled meats slow-cooked for 8 hours, sourced from local farms in Hooe, East Sussex. Our Pizza Taxi and Coffee Cab were used for years at various events, taking awesome party pics along the way.
