Despite launching in March 2020, which was arguably not the most opportune time to start a catering business, Pizza Leonati quickly adapted by implementing a home delivery system to make their delicious pizzas accessible to customers. Since then, the business has expanded to offer a wide variety of food options and a fleet of vehicles to cater events. As part of this expansion, the business has rebranded itself as Leonati Catering.

BBQ & Burgers
We have equipped our 1985 VW Horsekick truck with all the necessary tools for cooking, including griddles, a hot plate, and an industrial fryer. To achieve an authentic BBQ flavor, we fuel our cooking with charcoal and wood. Our Sussex beef is sourced from Hooe, grass-fed and delicately handled by Tottingworth farm. Our specialty is the classic smash burger style, which features multiple patties to increase the Maillard reaction flavor.
Pizza
You can enjoy our authentic 13-inch Neapolitan pizzas, which are served from our Pizza Truck or Pizza Taxi. Our pizzas are cooked quickly over high heat to create a tender, pillowy crust with fragrant holes throughout. They are pliable and can easily bend under the weight of our delicious toppings. We at Pizza Leonati are proud to say that our pizzas have been dubbed the "Best Pizza in Sussex."
Mexican
Experience the authentic flavors of Central America with our delicious Mexican dishes, prepared and served from our 1985 VW Horsekick truck. Our mouth-watering Tacos and Burritos are made using blue and white masa harina flour, while our pulled meats are slow-cooked for 8 hours, sourced from local farms in Hooe, East Sussex. Our Horsekick Food Truck offers a wide variety of fish dishes, each served with delicious fries. Our Pizza Taxi and Coffee Cab were used for years at various events, taking awesome party pics along the way.
